Preheat the oven to 350°Grease or line a 9x13 baking dish
Prepare The Rolls
Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally into tops and bottomsPlace the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish
Assemble The Sliders
Evenly distribute the turkey on the bottom layer of rollsSpread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkeyLay the slices of cheese over the cranberry sauce, covering it evenlyPlace the top half of the rolls over the cheese
Butter Topping
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Dijon mustardUse a pastry brush to spread the mixture evenly over the tops of the rollsSprinkle poppy seeds on top
Bake The Sliders
Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil to prevent the tops from browning too quicklyBake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown
Serve
Let the sliders cool for a couple of minutes befroe slicing into individual sandwiches, serve warm.
