Steakhouse Grilled Steaks At Home

A good cut of meat has tons of flavor, salt brings that out.

Ingredients
  

  • Steaks
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Get your steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before you are set to grill.
    At that time pat each steak dry with a papertowl and get your salt - this is more than your salt shaker can handle so grab the container!
  • Generously salt both sides and edges all around your steaks.
    Place them on a plate, cover with saran and allow to sit on the counter to come to room tempreture.
  • Now grill those steaks!
