Get your steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before you are set to grill.At that time pat each steak dry with a papertowl and get your salt - this is more than your salt shaker can handle so grab the container!
Generously salt both sides and edges all around your steaks.Place them on a plate, cover with saran and allow to sit on the counter to come to room tempreture.
