I love this easy dish because well, it’s easy, but also because the same recipe is versatile! This makes great meatball subs but it also makes a great snack or appetizer.
First up is a tasty meatball sub! I put 3 meatballs on a sub-bun, sprinkled with some shredded mozzarella cheese served it with potato chips and carrot sticks!
SO EASY
Or if you need that big game, tailgating recipe, well this swings that way as well!
Super Easy Crock Pot Meatballs
Let me just say from the get go – this is kind of a no brainer! When you peruse the recipe you might be like “duh”! But that’s ok, sometimes its not so much the “recipe” as the idea.
I made this for a cooking demonstration at our county fair for Johnson County Farm Bureau – want to get peoples attention, give away meatballs! And of course being beef, our local Johnson County Beef Cattle Association was full on board! Do me a favor and check out our Facebook pages and then check out your local organizations!
And can we just talk for a minute about serving these meatballs as an appetizer using pretzel sticks!! This was not my idea so I feel confident saying this is true genius! No odd toothpicks or things to throw away – you simply eat the pretzel with the meatball!
