There isn’t a whole lot to say about this ‘recipe’, it’s more of a meal idea! One of the hardest things about meal planning for me is coming up with the ideas – one reason I started my Post It Flag Meal Planning!
My name is Jennifer and I overthink things and make them more complicated then they need to me.
I am so guilty of overthinking the easy, when the easy works. This has been in my meal repertoire since we first got married. We would attend seed meetings and they would serve pork chop sandwiches, a bag of plain chips and applesauce – so simple yet a whole meal that everyone loved – why didn’t I ever think about doing this at home? So we did!

I was just telling someone the other day that one of my favorite meals is a grilled pork chop. You can’t go wrong!
I know right – so simple that it is overlooked! Thanks!
Grilled pork chops! We have them at least every other week. Must be grilled outside–somehow the inside grill things don’t taste the same. I think it is the outside air. Of course I have to overthink at least once a month. So also stuffed grilled pork chops or basted grilled pork chops…
Sigh, I just can’t let go of overthinking.
Love your blog recipes.
