Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese
This sandwich is so easy to make your own. Just like pizza there are so many combinations, I just made this one super easy and basic because it’s what I needed.
SIMPLE AND EASY
Make it Yours:
- Add Italian seasonings – either to the butter on the outside or put some inside the sandwich
- Use your favorite pizza topping meat – we love salami on ours!
- Add veggies-rings of onions or green peppers, mushrooms
- Make it Hawaiian with ham slices and pineapple
- Use different kinds of cheeses

I love making grilled sandwiches on my electric griddle. Easy to make a bunch of sandwiches at once so we can all eat at the same time.
Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices Italian Sliced Bread or any bread you like
- 2-3 slices mozzarealla cheese
- 3-5 large slices pepperoni
- soft butter
Instructions
- Butter one side of each piece of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter side down in pan, place 1-2 slices of mozzarella on the bread, then layer your pepperoni, then the other slice of cheese place, then top with other slice of buttered bread - butter side up.
- Cook till lightly brown and toasted, flipping sandwich to toast both sides and cheese is melted.
- Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
