Sheet pan dinners seem to be all the rage right now so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon as well with an old favorite, Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes. There are a million combinations of spices to use for this recipe so chose your family’s favorite!
We are huge smoked sausage fans in this house so there is always some in the fridge and always potatoes in the pantry so this is a super easy recipe to throw together when I have no clue what to fix.
Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes
This is such an easy go-to meal. Any seasoning will work, I usually grab whatever is closest! The night I made this batch I grabbed the Bull Shit, so good! But I have used Lawrey’s, Italian seasoning, cajun….like I said whatever is closest!
