This Ladies and Gentleman, this lemonade that we call MiMi’s Lemonade is the best lemonade ever. Yes, I said it and yes I believe it!
Who is MiMi? Well her name is actually Barb but her grandkids and most of the kids around here call her MiMi! She is gracious enough to let them!
See those red barns just beyond the wheat, that’s where her and her husband Claude live! Yes beautiful red barns, beautiful old trees surround their gorgeous home and her landscaping……to die for! Top that all off with the fact that the farm has been in her family for generations, well it’s an ideal setting for a cold glass of lemonade and a wonderful conversation with her!
She is one of the sweetest people on the face of this earth. People often stop by her house for a great visit and secretly hope of getting a cold glass of MiMi’s Lemonade.
Although I’ll be honest it’s always just a little bit sweeter, little bit colder, a little bit more refreshing when she makes it and serves it because it’s hers!
MiMi’s Lemonade
While this is out of this world delicious, I love that it is so super simple! Three ingredients that are easy to keep on hand and of course water!
MiMi’s Lemonade
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of Country Time Lemonade
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 T. frozen orange juice concentrate or 4 T orange juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher and fill with water.
- Stir to combine
