You guys, I love Fettuccini Alfredo and my Easy Homemade Alfredo Sauce is perfect. Can I say that about my own recipe, that it’s perfect? It’s perfectly easy and delicious!
I love the creaminess of Alfredo sauce with that hint of garlic and the saltiness from the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. It is super simple to make too, serve with a piece of grilled chicken and some breadsticks. I’ve also served it with my Freezer Meal Instant Pot Shredded Chicken for an even quicker meal.
This is made with 4 ingredients! That’s right just 4 ingredients and they are super fresh ingredients!
Butter
Garlic
Heavy Cream
Parmesan Cheese
Easy Homemade Alfredo Sauce
The hardest thing to this recipe is a little patience! Burnt garlic is one of the worst things in a kitchen-it smells and tastes bitter so sautéing it when you’re in a hurry is tough. This is easy to make up ahead of time, then all you’ll need to do is cook the pasta and warm the sauce!
This recipe is easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled for big families, leftovers, another meal, or if you just really want to eat a lot! I love to make enough so I can use it in this Ham and Cheese Pasta Bake, one of my favorite recipes from my friend Liz over at Farmwife Cooks!
