We love Hidden Valley Ranch’s Dill Dip so these Dill Dip Veggie Wraps were an amazing hit! Easy to put together, great for parties and snacks.
You guys I couldn’t make these fast enough……and I was the only one eating them at first!!
You could use any of your favorite vegetables in this. We used red bell peppers, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, any combination of vegetables will work.
As I sit here writing this post looking at these roll-ups all I can think about is how good cut up shrimp would be in these. Wouldn’t that be amazing? You could use small cocktail shrimp chopped up or the canned shrimp I use in my Shrimp Dip!
Dill Dip Veggie Wraps
My friend Liz over at Farmwife Cooks has a great ranch version, Veggie Tortilla Roll-Ups. She adds shredded cheddar cheese to hers which you could also add to these if you are feeling cheesy! A combination of both, ranch and dill, would definitely please everyone at any gathering.
These make a great after school snack. I chop up all the veggies ahead of time and store in an airtight container in the fridge, make up the dill mixture and keep in the fridge as well. Make them up as needed!
